Bitter, Bittersweet
Unpleasant, Bittersweet I cannot trust Im leaving in just two days! I have a feeling that Ive been here a large portion of my life (alright not so much, yet near it).The relationship Ive created with my host mother Laeticia is one I realize I will recall for an incredible remainder She was more than my host mother. She caused me to feel like a piece of her family. She made my experience this month one I will treasure. On Friday we hosted such a thank you gathering for our families. There was a tune, two or three plays, and an exceptionally charming video by Olivia and Corinne. It was ideal to meet everyones families (particularly the scandalous ones lol), and the food was great; it was an outing comprised of the food that everyones families hosted brought. After the get-together, we went to Cagnes-sur-Mer for dessert with Hanna and Colette and their family (Valerie, Claire, and Cecil). We sat on the sea shore to have our frozen yogurt, and Colette and I swam just in our culottesâ"an insane method to end the night!Saturday was a day in Italy, during which I went through the day doing whatever it takes not to get destroyed by merchants as I attempted to get some sun on the beach.Sunday, we made a beeline for St-Paul-de-Vence, a curious city only a little ways from St-Laurent-du-Var. I went through the day with Colette, wondering about a man playing the guitar who was being overlooked by everything except five individuals and was pooped on by a flying creature, however was as yet strong enough to continue playing. A short time later, we hosted an all white get-together with the Nice children. It was fun; I sang did as well, others, and there was acceptable moving music. The main damper was a slight cold I started building up the day precedingâ"other than that, the day was fabulous!- NhyiraAbbey Road Programs in France
